Through yoga teaching and being a trauma informed therapist, I’ve developed an appreciation and understanding of the healing properties of the mind-body connection.
One of the best parts of leading wellness retreats is the opportunity to gain a broader perspective of life on and off the mat. I enjoy teaching meditation, breath-sensing, grounding practices including self-compassion, which is my sweet spot in yoga.I am a forever student and love to learn! I teach gentle forms of pilates and yoga including hatha, vinyasa, restorative, yin, somatic, prenatal and nidra. My goal is for students to come away from class with a sense of peace and balance in all four energetic bodies (physical, spiritual, emotional and intellectual).In my spare time, I enjoy leading yoga retreats and have taught in Europe and all over the Caribbean and Mexico.
